TERMS: Cash, Bank Check, Wire Transfer, ACH or Credit Card Accepted. 18% Buyer Premium w/3% Buyer Premium Discount will apply on purchases paid by wire, ach, cash or bank check. 6.25% MA State Sales Tax on Sales unless proof of exemption or resale provided.

Inspection: Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, 10AM - 4PM.

Removal: All Removal Terms TBD. There will be several days where a machine will be available for hire to load out trucks with heavy items purchased from the auction.
