Terms of Sale:A deposit of $250,000 paid by certified check or bank cashier's check (NO CASH) & additional deposit to bring total deposit to 10% of gross purchase price of sale is due within 10 calendar days of sale & balance due within 30 days of sale. All other terms announced at sale. Neither Auctioneer nor Mortgagee nor Attorney make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information contained herein.
