Terms of Sale:A deposit of $250,000 paid by certified funds day of sale or wire (wire due by 3:30pm November 4) to be increased by successful bidder to 5% of the successful bid within 2 business days of sale & balance of purchase price due within 30 days. All other terms announced at sale. Neither Auctioneer nor Mortgagee nor Attorney make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information contained herein.
