Terms of Sale:A deposit of $250,000 paid by certified funds or wire (wire due by 2pm August 11) & additional deposit to an amount equal to 5% of gross purchase price of sale is due within 3 business days of sale (August 14) & balance due within 30 days. All other terms announced at sale. Neither Auctioneer nor Mortgagee nor Attorney make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information contained herein.
