Terms: Cash, Certified & Credit Cards Accepted. 18% Buyer premium with a 3% Discount for Cash Payments. All items are being sold as is. Descriptions are to be used only as a guide. Every effort has been made to accurately describe items. Items are considered to be either "new in box", "open box", "new unused floor sample" or ?"used floor sample." Some items may have minor blemishes and every effort has been made to describe any obvious issues. There is no substitute for in person inspection. All purchases will need to be removed in a workman like manner from the landlord premises. All tools, handling equipment and manpower for removal will be provided by the buyer.
