TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms: Payment ? There will be an 18% Buyer Premium. A 3% discount will apply to all payments that are made in cash, certified funds or by wire.
All wire payments will be accompanied by a $25.00 surcharge/processing fee.
Credit card payments will only be accepted on total purchases up to $3,500.00
Removal ? All dismantling & removal will be performed by an independent rigging company.

Each item sold, no matter how small, will have a predetermined and quoted Required Rigging and Loading Fee for Simple Loading on the auction catalog. No tax or buyer premium will be charged to this fee.
The second week after the auction will be used to schedule the removal of the bottling equipment on a per customer basis and the following 2 weeks will be for removal of the brewing equipment.
All removal is to the door of the facility with major components onto flatbeds or into trucks you supply.
No customers will be allowed within the facility for removal purpose of any nature other than to discuss arrangements with a representative from either the auction or the rigging company. Arrangements can be made for delivery to the destination of your choosing.
Inspection ? The facility will be available for inspection On Tuesday & Wednesday, June 21st & 22nd from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Private tours and/or inspections can be made by contacting the auctioneer?s office at 617-227-6553 and asking for Michael Saperstein.
Sale Procedure ? Items will be both sold as complete systems and broken down into individual components. Interested parties may contact the auctioneer?s office at 617-227-6553 and ask for Michael Saperstein to inquire about specific packaging of systems if desired.
Systems will be sold and disconnected with all sensor and communication wiring remaining with current labeling and being pulled through and remaining with individual lines.
All electrical wiring will be cut at machine and again at control panels.
Unless sold as a complete brewing system and requested, all piping will be cut and disconnected at first fitting of unit and not be included as part of sale.
