Terms: Inspection -Monday, May 2, 2022, 10AM ? 3PM or contact auctioneers office. Cash, certified and credit card payments accepted. 18% Buyer Premium with a 3% discount for cash & certified payments.

Removal Dates: Wednesday, May 4, 9AM ? 4PM, Thursday, May 5, 2PM ? 9PM, Saturday, May 7, 9AM ? 2:30PM. All items ground level with easy in and out through main double door way. There is a ramp in the café to simplify removal. Commercial street parking available outside of location on Franklin Street Additional Insured certificate required for any & all professional rigging. All items need to be disconnected and moved in a workmanship like manner. Buyer responsible for all disconnecting where applicable. Most items are already disconnected.
