Terms of Sale:A non refundable deposit payable by certified check or by bank check in the amount of $5,000.00. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid to the Trust by certified check or by bank check within 30 days from the date of the auction. Balance of the payment should be made in 30days from the date of the auction.
