TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms of Sale:A deposit of $10,000.00 shall be required to be paid to the mortgagee in cash, by certified or bank's casier check at the time and place of sale. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid in cash, by certified check or by bank's cashier check in or within thirty (30) day from the date of the sale. All other terms will be announced at sale.
