Terms: Cash, Certified Funds, Wire Transfer & Credit Cards accepted. 18% Buyer Premium with a 3% discount for onsite purchases and an additional 3% discount for payment by cash & certified funds.

Inspection: Monday, August 10, 2026, 10AM - 3PM

Removal: Wednesday & Thursday, August 12 & 13, 9AM - 4PM & Friday, August 14, 9AM - 3PM. Only Lifts will be allowed additional time for removal.
