Terms: Cash, Bank Check, Wire Transfer, ACH or Credit Card Accepted. 18% Buyer Premium w/3% Buyer Premium Discount will apply on purchases paid by wire, ach, cash or bank check. 6.25% MA State Sales Tax on Sales unless proof of exemption or resale provided.

Inspection: Monday, May 11, 2026, 10AM - 3PM.
Removal Terms: Removal will be Wednesday, May 13 to Friday, May 15 for all small items. Large items that need rigging shall be removed by appointment only.
