Terms:  Cash, Certified funds, wire transfer, ach and credit card payment accepted. 18% Buyer Premium with a 3% buyer premium discount for all cash & certified payments. 6.25% MA State Sales Tax on Sales unless proof of exemption or resale is provided.

Inspection: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 10AM --3PM.

Removal Times: Friday, April 10, 9AM - 3PM, Monday & Tuesday, April 13 & 14, 9AM - 4PM each day. All Items must be removed from the property at end of business Tuesday, April 14 per Landlord. There will be no exceptions.
