Terms: Cash, certified, wire & credit card payments accepted. 18% Buyer Premium w/3% discount for all cash, wire & certified payments 6.25% Mass State sales tax.

Inspection: Wednesday, March 18, 2026, 10AM - 3PM.

Removal: ONLY FRIDAY & MONDAY, 20 & MARCH 23 from 9AM - 4PM Each Day. The Walk In Box and the Storage Container shall be picked up by appointment only. All other items should be paid for and picked up by end of business on March 23, 2026 at 4PM.
