Terms: 15% Buyers Premium with a 3% Buyers Premium discount for onsite bidding. Cash, Certified or bank letter guaranteeing check. 6% State of Florida Sales Tax on Applicable Purchases (No Tax will be charged on any title able vehicles.) All other terms announced at sale. All payments must be received within 3 business days from time of sale. Inspection: Monday, December 1, 10AM - 3:00PM & 9AM - 11AM SALE DAY.

Removal: Tuesday, December 2, 2025, 2 Hours after conclusion of sale. Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, December 3 & December 5, 9AM - 4PM. Saturday, December 6, 8:30AM - 1PM. Monday, December 8, 9AM - 4PM. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES BY END OF BUSINESS ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS.
