Terms: Payment accepted by cash, credit card, wire or certified check. 18% buyer premium on all purchases with a 3% discount for all cash, wire and certified payments. 6.25% MA State Sales Tax on Applicable Purchases.

Inspection: , October 27, 2025, 10AM - 3PM.

Removal Times: Wednesday, October 29 to Friday, October 31, 9AM - 4PM for all items not requiring a rigger. Any items requiring a rigger shall be removed by appointment.
