Terms: Cash, certified funds & wire transfers 15% Buyer Premium on any individual item selling under $50,000.00, 12% Buyer Premium for any items selling over $50,001.00. 6.25% MA State Sales Tax on applicable items. Items are sold as is, where is and how is and auctioneer makes no representation as to the condition of the products. Items have been made available for inspection.

Inspection: Tuesday, August 12, 2025, 10AM - 3PM or by appointment by contacting auctioneers office.

Removal: All By Appointment.
