Terms: Cash, certified, wire and credit card payments. All wires will require an additional $20.00 fee and all credit card payments will require a signature authorizing charge to be received via e-mail, fax or in person at time of pickup on site. 18% Buyer Premium on all purchases with a 3% discount on all cash & certified payments. 6.25% Mass State Sales Tax will apply or a copy of a tax exempt certificate or bill of lading for out-of-state delivery to be marked tax exempt. Inspection: Monday June 23rd from 10 AM - 7PM Removal: Aall payment and pickup by 4 PM Friday June 27 @ 4 PM.
