The secured party will offer its right, title and interest in all assets of Mentorworks Education Capital, Inc.MentorWorks is more particularly described as a financial technologies venture platform that provides income-based financing to students in higher education through Income Share Agreements (ISAs) and offers career support through its Talent Accelerator Platform (TAP). Assets believed to be included in the all asset offering are the following:
- ISA/Loan Originations (M9S) and ledgering technology platform
- Talent Accelerator Platform and Ai Based Resume construction (True Match) which assists in cover letters, linked in posts, elevator pitches. This assists users to optimize their resumes.
- Online Financial Literacy Course for users
- Bank Owned ISA/On Balance Sheet ISA's with Approx 45 +/- users with total principal balances of approximately $650,000.00 believed to be available for settlement.
- MentorWorks Domain mentorworks.com/
- The rights to collect revenue share agreements with Clasp, SPV1 & ISA. All revenue sharing agreements have unknown termination dates.
