An opportunity to acquire the technology stack for wind farm optimization platform for operating wind projects. WindESCo’s assets include intellectual property, technical and digital assets, market and brand assets along with physical assets.
Key Assets
1. Swarm:
a. The Asset: Wake steering solution
b. Capability: Allows turbines to adjust yaw collectively to mitigate wake loss
2. Pulse:
a. The Asset: Predictive Health & Anomaly Detection
b. Capability: Uses SCADA data to detect issues in wind turbine performance
3. eCMS (Electrical Condition Monitoring System)
a. The Asset: Hardware to enable data collection of signals
b. Capability: Data acquisition system to collect signals to monitor electrical systems.
4. Hardware assets
a. Office furniture
b. IT infrastructure and networking
c. Industrial hardware
Asset classes include patents, algorithms, AWS platform instance, data, digital, brand and hardware
All hardware assets need to be cleared from the company office in Burlington and storage location in Woburn by April 30, 2026. All other assets will be transferred to the buyer by May 15, 2026.
TERMS OF SALE A deposit of $10,000.00 by wire transfer will be required by 5PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Balance of the purchase price will be due by 5PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. All other terms announced at sale. A successful 3rd party bid will be subject to a 3% Buyer Premium. All Assets are being sold as is, where is and how is.
