TERMS; All payments will be in either cash, credit card or by bank check. No personal or company checks will be accepted without prior authorization from auctioneer. Credit cards are not charged automatically by Bidspotter.com or Paul E. Saperstein Co. Payments by credit card will be made at the auction site and will require a valid ID and a signature.

- All purchases will be subject to an 18% Buyer Premium with a 3% discount for cash and certified check payments. Additionally, all purchases are subject to a 6.25% Mass State sales tax on purchases including the buyers premium per MA State Auctioneer laws.

- Removal is to be done solely by the purchaser in the noted timeframe for each sale. Items not picked up or coordinated with auctioneer within 24 hours of that timeframe will be subject to resale by the auctioneer.

- Independent movers may be available for hire at certain locations and the Auctioneer is not responsible for or guarantees their performance. They are listed in the Removals Tab on the bidspotter bidding site..

-All items are being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and HOW-IS. Items are all showroom displays and should be inspected prior to sale if possible.
